This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted on Refurbiz.in, transaction processing, payment verification, refunds, and related payment terms.
Refurbiz accepts payments through the payment methods enabled at checkout from time to time.

- Wallets, where available
- Cash on Delivery, if available on eligible orders
Online payments on Refurbiz are processed securely through Razorpay and other enabled payment channels, where applicable.
Customers may be redirected to secure payment interfaces or embedded checkout systems to complete transactions safely.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization or successful order verification in the case of eligible Cash on Delivery orders.
If a payment fails but the amount is debited, customers should wait for the normal banking reconciliation period. If the issue remains unresolved, they may contact support.
All prices on Refurbiz are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be included or shown separately depending on the checkout structure, invoice requirements, or product page format.
Customers are responsible for reviewing order value, taxes, shipping terms, discounts, and final payable amount before completing payment.
- Payments may fail due to banking issues, insufficient balance, card restrictions, UPI issues, risk controls, or technical problems.
- If a transaction fails, the order may remain unconfirmed until successful payment is received.
- Refurbiz is not responsible for delays caused by bank servers, payment gateway downtime, or customer-side technical issues.
To maintain payment security, Refurbiz reserves the right to review, hold, verify, or cancel orders that appear suspicious, high-risk, mismatched, duplicated, or potentially fraudulent.
Additional customer verification may be requested in some cases before dispatch.
Approved refunds are processed according to the Return & Refund Policy and applicable payment mode.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are processed through UPI or bank transfer.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and reconciliation systems after the refund is initiated from our side.
Cash on Delivery may be available only on selected products, order values, or serviceable locations. Refurbiz reserves the right to disable or refuse COD for specific orders based on risk checks, delivery issues, or operational limitations.
